Bio

Jerome Streets was born in Camden, NJ. Growing up for 6 years in an area where it's heavy drug dealing and shooting has inspired some of the rhymes he writes today. When he turned 9, he fell in love with rap after watching 50 Cent's "In Da Club" video on B.E.T.'s "Rap City." Since then he has had the dream of becoming a rich rap artists. Jerome didn't record his first track until 12. His cousin "Fifth" started taking him to Jericho, New Jersey to record with friends B-Roc & Jack Penn. Upset that he barely recorded there, he decided to take things in his own hands. After he found a radio microphone in his step dad's crate, Jerome took a day off from school at his grandmother's house and recorded his "No Hook" mix tape. He had gotten more respect giving out 60 copies the next day. Moving to Philadelphia, PA, Jerome had gotten much more hate and doubt from his surroundings. Falling off from a few mix tapes, he then released The Street Dream which was a message to the haters & public that "Your not going to stop Jerome Streets from living his dream." Since then he has been in cyphers, other studios with local artists and more. Now Jerome plans to build up a fan base, record all original music, promoting and becoming a better artist until he signs a good deal, or making over 100k off of shows. The story goes on, but the music shall do the talking.
